Located in a convenient area near public transport, with access to walking routes and a few shops for basic needs. Rooms are well equipped with a comfortable bed, some with a balcony and mini-bar. The pool area is nice to relax and unwind, and the all-inclusive dining is good value for money.

Housekeeping could be better with inadequate cleaning and lack of towel changes.

Nice Hotel with good spa ( swimming pool / sauna ). Good breakfest, good selection of food. Fantastic city of Marianske Lazne. The hotel's stuff was excellent!

Problematic underground garage ( small space for parking ).

Breakfast was good and standard European hotel fare. Breads above average and sunny dining room.

Low beds and really old bedding. One room had only a shower in the wall and no walls or tub in bathroom. Although we selected this hotel because of air-conditioning that was a joke. Only one vent and no controls in rooms. At the most it helped with the high humidity. Pool nice. Town great will visit and try another hotel.

The swimming pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location in the heart of the city made it easy to explore the local area, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the mini-bar in our room.

The breakfast selection wasn't quite up to our expectations for the price, and the room was a bit outdated. we had some trouble with the shower and had to hold it to prevent water from splashing everywhere.

I like everything there , the pool and the whirlpool , the restaurant , good breakfast ,excellent location .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with great value for money. The hotel facilities including the pool and spa services were fantastic. The location outside of the city centre was convenient and easily accessible by public transportation. The staff was usually nice and attentive, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional.

We had a lovely city trip and stayed in a hotel that had fantastic facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions of the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi that was available throughout the hotel.
